• The report file: the Report button in each tool saves a text file with the technical details, which you can attach

Password and account

Forgot your password? Use “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in screen. You can change your password, your devices and your email preferences, or delete your account, in My account.

Trial and AI credits

The trial lasts 14 days and includes AI credits. If an AI request fails, the credits it reserved are returned automatically.

Files and laser software

Always check an exported file in your laser software and test on scrap material before the final cut. Settings for power and speed depend on your machine and material.
